I’ve been practicing yoga for 11 years and teaching for 10 years, and over time, yoga has become a profound part of my life. My journey has been about finding balance, strength, and inner peace. My teaching style blends power yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, acroyoga etc. and I emphasize mindful movement, proper alignment, and staying present on the mat.
