Refund Policy at Navyoga
1. Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must raise a refund request within 15 days by writing an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not entertain any refund post 15 days of purchase made.
2. Refund Process
For all refunds, you are requested to drop an email at email@example.com within 15 days of purchase made.
Once your refund request is received and accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet (after 7 working days of refund initiation), first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items/subscriptions may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
When you purchase a certain product/subscription, you are entitled to use related membership items/services. If you need to change it for a similar item/service, send us an email at email@example.com
