There's no pressure post a yoga class full of fun. Just come in, enjoy being still for once, and learn how to handle difficult emotions. We all want our kids to be positive and optimistic, don't we? The worse off someone is, the harder it is for them to stay positive. Mental health issues are being seen a lot more these days and this can have an impact on your kid’s mental state. NAVYOGA provides classes and workshops to kids of 4 years to 12 years ages. Our classes are tailored to the developmental needs of each age group, so that children have an opportunity to do yoga at a pace they can manage. At NAVYOGA, we focus on the well-being of children, teach life skills through mindfulness and movement and help students to explore their favorite activities.
